Follow-ups that move a proposal forward, not chase it.
Set the prospect's funnel stage, follow-up number and channel — the generator drafts one polite main message that carries new value, a costed proposal summary with a real completion date, and one ultra-short variant. You copy it and send it yourself; nothing is sent from this page.

One Prospect, One Follow-Up
The tone adjusts to the follow-up number: the later it is, the lighter it gets — and number 3 always closes the sequence politely.
Capacity & Proposal Figures
These figures are calculated live and inserted into the generated document, so the follow-up restates a clear, costed offer instead of a bare nudge.

Your follow-up message has not been drafted yet
Enter the prospect's name, choose the funnel stage and follow-up number, then press “Draft Follow-Up Message”. The result appears here — one main message for the chosen channel, a costed proposal summary, and one ultra-short variant.
This was drafted from the fictional example
The name and context in the example are invented for practice. Replace them with your real prospect before using the wording.

Reminder: last context is still empty
The message still works, but a follow-up lands far better when it refers to their last reply — one sentence of context is enough. Fill in the last-context field, then draft again.
One copy holds the document header, main message, proposal summary and the ultra-short variant — ready to paste into your prospect notes.

Follow-Up Ground Rules — Follow Through, Never Pressure
Maximum three follow-ups per prospect. No. 1, No. 2, and the No. 3 close — that is the whole sequence. Silence is also an answer; a fourth message turns polite follow-through into a nuisance.
Keep the spacing for each number. No. 1 at about 3 days after last contact, No. 2 at about 7 days, No. 3 at about 14 days. Do not shorten the gaps out of anxiety — a busy person is not a rejecting person.
Stop completely if the prospect declines. A clear no — including “no need” or a request not to be contacted — ends the sequence on the spot. There is no extra “one last message” after a refusal.
Every follow-up carries new value or context. Never a bare “just checking in”. Include the demo, tip or link, or refer to their last context — if there is genuinely nothing new, it is better not to send at all.
No pressure, always an easy exit. No ultimatums, no hints, no guilt. Follow-up No. 3 closes with respect and leaves the door open — a good relationship is worth more than one reply.
No invented claims. A follow-up never restates the whole first pitch and never fabricates fresh proof. It offers only services, rates and availability that are genuinely yours — organised, finalised figures, not padded ones.
Honest note: this page is a template generator — its wording comes from fixed patterns filled with your inputs, not from an AI writing freely, and it is not a sending tool. Nothing is sent from this page: you copy the message, read it once more as Ethics QA, then send it manually through your own LinkedIn, email or WhatsApp — at the spacing and under the rules above. Dates are calculated from your device's calendar at the moment you draft; the IDR figure uses the exchange rate displayed on the form, not a live rate.
