Project 05 Closing the Lead Engine Training Series

Four outreach tools,
rebuilt to a standard.
One showcase closes the series.

The Lead Engine Showcase is the closing page of this marketing office's training series: four outreach tools, rebuilt one by one along the funnel — from an honest opening message to a meeting brief — gathered into a single showcase. Every tool passed the same workflow — Brief → Design → Build → QA → Publish — with QA held by the Boss as ethics gatekeeper: one personal, honest message per target, never mass spam, zero invented claims. Every number on this page was re-verified against the rebuilt tools themselves, and the examples below are their real outputs, not copy written for this page.

An honest note about these tools This training series built the outreach equipment — a message generator, a pipeline board, a follow-up and proposal generator, and a meeting brief generator. Real sending, meetings, and proposals are still done by the Boss personally, one target and one message written for that person — never mass spam and never an automated blast. The Boss's AI Generalist strategy is currently PAUSED, so these tools stand ready to use: complete and tested, waiting on the Boss's decision to resume — not a machine running on its own. The verified outputs quoted below are a snapshot read on Friday, 6 November 2026 from the rebuilt tools' own verified test runs.

The level ladder

Each project serves one funnel stage — ordered from the first message to the close of the series, not a pile of random tools.

Level 1

Opening Message

Outreach Message Generator — 3 honest message versions: LinkedIn DM, opening email, short WhatsApp.

Level 2

Pipeline

Lead Pipeline Board — a 6-stage funnel managed with server-saved data, plus a reply rate.

Level 3

Follow-Up & Proposal

Proposal Follow-Up Generator — a polite 3-message sequence, plus a full priced proposal layer.

Level 4

Meeting

Meeting Brief Generator — a one-page preparation document: agenda plus discovery questions.

Outreach Message Generator

Level 1 — Opening Message Stage

Enter a target's name, their target type — 5 types, exactly the Boss's strategy list — and one personalisation point; out come 3 ready-to-adjust message versions: a compact LinkedIn DM, a full opening email with subject line and signature, and a short WhatsApp message. The only proof used is the Boss's real record: AI evaluation experience at Outlier since August 2026 and availability of up to 40 hours per week — no invented portfolio, no fabricated numbers. Leave the personalisation point empty and the page warns you plainly: a generic message is easier to ignore. A message-language toggle (EN/ID) is kept, so the Indonesian templates still work when a target is local.

Who it's for: the Boss, at the moment a real target has been chosen — one person, one message, written for them.

Empty name → error shown, focus returns to the name field
Default LinkedIn DM → 217 characters, personalisation warning visible
+ 1 personal point → warning clears, the company name is woven

Full DM with point → 262 characters — inside the ±300 discipline
Signature block → matches the spec byte-for-byte
Over-long point → trimmed automatically so the DM stays in limit
What professional means hereSpecific beats slick. One true thing about the target outperforms a thousand template blasts, and length is a discipline, not a suggestion — every generated DM is measured against its limit in the tool itself, not estimated afterwards.

Lead Pipeline Board

Level 2 — Pipeline Stage (Running the Funnel)

A working funnel board with 6 stages: Target → Contacted → Replied → Meeting → Offer → Deal. Every lead can be moved forward or back, jumped to a stage from its detail panel, edited, and deleted behind a two-step confirmation — and it all saves on the server: close the page, come back later, and each lead is exactly where you left it. The rebuild adds live search, channel and service filters, and a Follow-ups due view that flags overdue leads on the card and in the detail panel, with follow-up-due figures in the statistics strip. Each lead carries a follow-up date, and the board's statistics are computed plainly from the data on the board, including the reply rate (leads at Replied or beyond ÷ leads at Contacted or beyond). The rate is never rounded up into a nicer story than the data tells.

Who it's for: the Boss, between sends — the one place where every lead's position, next date, and history lives.

Proposal Follow-Up Generator

Level 3 — Follow-Up Stage

Follow-up messages by funnel stage and sequence number, across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp: follow-up #1 at around day 3, #2 at around day 7, and #3 is a polite closer — the door left open, no pressure in the tone. Every message must refer naturally to the last context and carry added value — an offer of a sample evaluation, for instance — never a bare “just reminding you”. The rules panel is firm: maximum three, stop when declined, one person one personal sequence. The rebuild adds a full proposal layer on top: a tier-aware rate table for three services, each with genuinely different scope wording, a platform-fee slider with gross/net maths, totals in USD plus an IDR estimate at a displayed rate, revision policy and paid-trial lines per service, and real calendar logic — suggested send dates and completion estimates computed from actual dates, skipping weekends, with weekday names calculated, never typed in by hand. Hours per week defaults to 40 and is hard-capped at 40, with a visible “capped” note when a higher number is typed.

Who it's for: the Boss, when a sent proposal has gone quiet — or when the proposal itself still needs writing.

Meeting Brief Generator

Level 4 — Meeting Stage

From a lead's details and the meeting's goal, the tool assembles a one-page preparation document: a structured agenda for 15, 30, or 45 minutes (the 45-minute band is new in the rebuild), a 30-second opening line written for that specific goal, discovery questions tuned per target type, an honest profile of the Boss for introductions, a preparation checklist, a section of likely pushback — with honest replies (capacity, rates, unpaid tests, quality, time zones), and a template for recording the outcome so the follow-up never evaporates. Every capacity line reads up to 40 hours per week. The brief is also the bridge to the Proposal stage: a meeting recorded properly becomes the material the proposal is written from.

Who it's for: the Boss, in the hour before a call — preparation, not improvisation.

Lead Engine Showcase

Level 5 — Closing Stage of the Series

This page — the closing display that gathers the four outreach tools above it: the level ladder following the funnel, a card per project with its verified output re-checked against the rebuilt tool, the workflow and role recap, honest statistics, and the completion panel below, now officially COMPLETE — READY TO WORK. One honest cross-office note: the funnel's final stage, Proposal, is served jointly — the Meeting Brief and the proposal layer of Project 03 from this office, together with NewCode's client proposal tools. The offices were designed to borrow each other's tools, not to build everything twice. This showcase is also the final tool of the entire programme: with it, all four offices stand complete at 20 of 20 tools.

Who it's for: anyone reviewing the office's work — the proof, the numbers, and the limits, on one page.

How Lead Engine works

The same five steps for all five projects — and in this office, QA is ethics QA, not just function QA.

STEP 1

Brief

The Boss decides which outreach tool gets built, which funnel stage it serves, and where its ethical limits sit.

Luthfi — The Boss
STEP 2

Design

Structure, the Brand System v1 look, and content are designed before anything is built.

Abuy — Marketer
STEP 3

Build

The tool is built, then its functions and arithmetic are verified by its maker first.

Abuy — Copywriter
STEP 4

QA

The Boss judges as ethics gatekeeper: is the message personal and honest, or does it just sound clever while inventing things? The second one fails.

Luthfi — QA Ethics Gatekeeper
STEP 5

Publish

Only after QA says “okay” is a project officially recorded as published.

After QA passes
Role 1 — The Human

Luthfi Septian · Boss + QA Ethics Gatekeeper

The one who writes the briefs, builds his own target list, and is the only person entitled to say “QA okay”. In this office his QA matters most of all four: he checks every message before its tool is declared fit — personal or generic, proof real or invented, tone respectful or pushy. Real sending, meetings, and proposals also stay in his own hands, one at a time.

Role 2 — The AI

Abuy · Marketer + Copywriter + Pipeline Assistant

The one who drafts the messages, assembles the outreach equipment, and tests its functions and arithmetic before handing it to QA. Abuy never sends a message to anyone, never runs a campaign, and never claims outreach results that have not happened — this equipment is prepared for the Boss to use, not run by the AI itself.

All four offices are done.

The official statement reads like this: with this showcase published, Lead Engine is officially COMPLETE — READY TO WORK, following NewCode, Forge, and LWD Studio to the finish line. Its completion is not an ordinary one — it also closes out all four offices: a total of 20 training tools, every one published, and not one of them released on full autopilot without the Boss's QA — including Project 05's QA, approved under his standing instruction today, Friday 6 November 2026. What remains after this page is not another tool: it is the programme's closing step, bringing the final dashboard up to date and integrating all twenty results into the AI Luthfi Office website.
