Project LW-05 Closing Showcase of the LWD Studio Series

Four studio tools,
rebuilt to a professional standard.
One showcase closes the series.

The LWD Studio Showcase is the closing page of this video office's training series. The four tools were rebuilt from scratch in English for this edition — a script generator, a gated production board, a teleprompter, and a publish package generator — and every figure on this page was re-read from the rebuilt tools themselves before it was written down. All five projects passed through the same workflow — Brief → Design → Build → QA → Publish — with QA held by the Boss as director.

An honest note about that zero This training series built the studio equipment — the generator, the board, the teleprompter, and this showcase — not the autopilot machine itself. The Boss's real autopilot pipeline (n8n + AI models + a video generator) runs outside this training series, on its own system. That is why this page claims no automatically published video at all: full autopilot stays at 0. The production board figures in the LW-02 card below are a separate, live count of cards on that board — read fresh for this page and labelled as such.
01

The level ladder

Each project serves one stage of the studio production pipeline — ordered from idea to air, not a pile of random tools.

Level 1

Idea & Script

Video Idea & Script Generator — from an empty topic to a complete eight-column script package, ready for production.

Level 3

Voice Over

Teleprompter & VO Guide — an auto-scrolling reading screen plus a duration estimate from the word count.

Video Idea & Script Generator

Level 1 — Idea & Script Stages

Give it a topic, an angle, a hook style, a tone, a platform and a target duration, and it assembles one complete script package in the eight columns of the studio's Phase 1 script log — three title options, a timed hook, a Hook → Body → CTA script, caption, hashtags, a production-ready Veo 3 prompt with its negative prompt, and a duration check against a real word budget. Copy any column on its own, or the whole package at once. It is an honest template generator: the framework is assembled quickly and neatly here, while the real AI-written scripts still come from the Boss's n8n workflow.

The eight columns — exactly one row of the Phase 1 log

  • 01Title — plus two alternates, so the angle can be re-shot under a different headline
  • 02Hook (first 3 seconds) — one of five interchangeable hook styles
  • 03Script — Hook / Body / CTA structure, with its real word count shown
  • 04Caption — platform-aware sign-off for TikTok, Reels or Shorts
  • 05Hashtags — niche + topic set, deliberate casing kept (#ChatGPT stays #ChatGPT)
  • 06Veo 3 Prompt — subject, per-angle scene, camera, lighting, platform closing line
  • 07Negative Prompt — blocks deformed hands, text overlays, watermarks, CGI look
  • 08Duration — target, real word count vs. budget, estimated read time

Controls that actually change the output

Six angles — step-by-step tutorial, common mistakes, comparison, surprising facts, personal story, quick tips — each with its own point bank, opener and CTA, so the angle changes the argument, not just the title. Five hook styles (curiosity question, bold claim, mistake to avoid, number / specific, before–after) can front any angle. Three tones — Friendly teacher, Bold & direct, Calm expert — swap the opener and CTA register while the points stay identical. Three platforms and three durations (30 / 45 / 60 seconds) complete the brief; script language is fixed to English.

Timing formula: spoken English at a natural creator pace runs at roughly 140 words per minute, so the budget is duration × 140 ÷ 60 — ±70 words at 30s, ±105 at 45s, ±140 at 60s. Every angle keeps three cuts of its points — short, medium, full — and the generator picks the cut that fits (2 short points at 30s, 3 medium at 45s, 4 full at 60s).

Verified sample package — rebuilt and re-measured for this page

Brief — Tutorial · Number hook · Friendly teacher · TikTok · 45 seconds Topic: using ChatGPT to summarise long documents
Title: Using ChatGPT to summarise long documents in 45 Seconds — Step by Step
Alternates: “Using ChatGPT to summarise long documents: The Beginner-Friendly Walkthrough” · “Stop Guessing: The Exact Process for Using ChatGPT to summarise long documents”
Hook: “It only takes 3 steps — and step one is the one almost everyone skips when using ChatGPT to summarise long documents.”
Hashtags: #AITips #Technology #ArtificialIntelligence #LearnAI #ChatGPT #Summarise #Documents #FYP
Duration column — as the tool itself reports it Target ±45s · script 108 words (budget ±105) · estimated read ±46s at ±140 words/minute

At build time the generator was exercised headlessly across all 54 combinations (6 angles × 3 tones × 3 durations) and every package came out complete — eight columns plus two title alternates. An early draft overshot its word budget by +60–70% at 30 seconds; the three-cut point system brought the worst deviation down to +11%. The sample above sits at 108 words against a 105-word budget (+3 words).

LWD Production Board

Level 2 — Production Stage (Runs the Pipeline)

The studio's working board: six columns in exact production order — Idea → Script → Voice Over → Edit → QA → Publish. Every card carries a complete 17-field LWD Pipeline package, stored on the server, so a script from the generator no longer just passes through — it travels the board to air. Cards can be added, edited, stepped forward or back, jumped to a stage from the detail panel, copied as a full package, and deleted. The rebuild's defining rule: a card may only move forward past a stage whose QA checklist is complete — the server itself refuses the move and names the blocking stage.

The 17-field package every card carries

Title · Niche / Topic · Target Audience · Hook · Narration Script (HOOK / BODY / CTA) · Script Shots · Visual Prompts · Veo Prompts · Negative Prompt · VO Notes · Subtitle Text · Caption · Hashtags · Thumbnail Text · Publish Notes / Link · Duration (30 / 45 / 60 seconds) · Notes. Fifteen text fields plus duration and notes — the same package shape from the LW-01 generator, extended with the fields production actually needs (shots, subtitles, VO direction, thumbnail text, publish notes).

The five QA gates — a field item passes when its field is filled; a manual item passes when the Boss ticks it

Idea gate — 3 items
  • Niche / topic set
  • Target audience written
  • Hook written (first 3 seconds)
Script gate — 3 items
  • Full narration script (HOOK / BODY / CTA)
  • Script shots listed
  • Subtitle text written
Voice Over gate — 2 items
  • VO direction notes written
  • Take listened back — tone and pace approved (manual)
Edit gate — 3 items
  • Visual prompts per shot written
  • Veo prompt written
  • Negative prompt written
QA gate — 4 items
  • Caption written
  • Hashtags set
  • Thumbnail text set
  • Final review approved by the Boss (Director QA) (manual)
Publish — no outgoing gate
  • A card is publish-ready only when all five gates above are complete
  • 13 field items + 2 manual items = 15 checks in total

The seeded EXAMPLE card — a complete package, held by its two manual checks on purpose

Example · Idea stage · 45 seconds · Topic: AI video production tips Title: Why Most AI Videos Look Fake — And the 3 Fixes
Hook: “Your AI video looks fake — and it's not the model's fault. It's these 3 settings nobody checks.”
Shots: Shot 1 (0–3s) split-screen hook, fake vs. natural · Shot 2 (3–12s) Fix 1 — Light · Shot 3 (12–22s) Fix 2 — Motion · Shot 4 (22–32s) Fix 3 — Texture · Shot 5 (32–45s) CTA with the three fixes as a checklist
Thumbnail text: WHY AI VIDEO LOOKS FAKE  ·  Publish notes: publish 19:00 WIB, pin “Which fix will you try first — light, motion, or texture?”

Every field of the example is filled, but its two manual checks — the VO take approval and the Boss's final QA approval — are deliberately left unticked, so the gate is visible in action: the card cannot advance past Voice Over or QA until a human listens and approves.

Its Idea, Script and Edit gates pass on filled fields; Voice Over and QA stay open on the two unticked manual approvals, so publish-ready is honestly 0. This is live working data, not a series statistic: the counts change the moment a card is added, ticked, or moved, and this snapshot does not update itself.

Teleprompter & VO Guide

Level 3 — Voice Over Stage

The reading screen for recording voice-over: the script scrolls at an adjustable speed and text size, with a progress bar, a centre reading line, and mirror mode for a glass-reflector camera setup. [pause] markers — and the legacy [jeda] markers from older scripts — render as a visual — PAUSE — block and are never counted as words. The live counter turns the script into a duration estimate at three tempos, the scroll pauses itself when the tab is hidden, and the whole tool is keyboard-operable. A six-point VO reading guide is built in, so the first take does not sound stiff.

Controls, exactly as built

Scroll speed slider 15–220 px/s (default 70 px/s) · text size slider 26–76 px (default 44 px) · Space plays / pauses outside the script box, R returns to the start · mirror toggle flips the text horizontally · the editor, counter and benchmark table all update live as the script changes — there is no save button. Everything runs in the browser; the script is never sent anywhere.

Tempos: Relaxed at ±110 words/min · Normal at ±140 words/min · Fast at ±170 words/min. Benchmarks (words that fit each target): 30 seconds → ±55 / ±70 / ±85 words · 45 seconds → ±83 / ±105 / ±128 · 60 seconds → ±110 / ±140 / ±170. The table highlights the row your current script lands closest to at Normal pace.

Sample script — counted by the rebuilt tool's own rule

Built-in sample — three [pause] markers, excluded from the count “Ever feel like your work is the same thing every day, even though AI could help you finish it far faster? [pause] Here are three ways to use it, starting today… Third, ask AI to explain a hard topic in simple words, as if you were ten years old. [pause] Remember, AI is an assistant, not a replacement for your own judgment — the final check is always yours…”

Measured for this page with the tool's own counting method (markers stripped, then whitespace-split): 134 spoken words → Relaxed ±1 min 13 sec (110 wpm) · Normal ±57 sec (140 wpm) · Fast ±47 sec (170 wpm). This supersedes the figure quoted on the previous edition of this showcase, which belonged to the old build's different sample script.

The six-point VO guide: 01 Win the first 3 seconds · 02 Pause between points · 03 Lift your pitch on questions · 04 Keep the energy level · 05 Record where echo dies · 06 Check your levels first (a 5-second test take, checked on earphones).

Publish Package Generator

Level 4 — Publish Stage

The last stage of the pipeline: from a video title and a platform — TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels — it assembles an air-ready package tuned to that platform: a platform title with a live character count, a ready-to-post caption, a hashtag set built from niche + topic, a pinned comment written to start a discussion, an automatic Package Quality Check against the platform's own benchmarks, and a five-item pre-publish checklist with a progress line. Copy per block, or the whole package at once. One video, three platforms, three packages that are not lazily identical.

Platform specifications — shown live in the tool before you generate

TikTok

Title: concise, max 70 characters (longer titles are truncated with …). Hashtags: 3–5 tags, niche + topic mix. Caption carries the hook first — TikTok shows the opening line in the feed.

YouTube Shorts

Title: maximum 100 characters; #Shorts is appended and the title is trimmed to fit inside the limit. Hashtags: exactly 3 tags + #Shorts. The description stays short; the title does the search work.

Instagram Reels

Title: concise, max 80 characters. Hashtags: 8–12 tags, broad reach + niche + topic mix. Captions can run longer; hashtags work in the caption or the first comment.

Inputs: video title (required — an empty title is blocked with an error, never a silent empty package) · platform · niche · an optional hand-written hook line · one of five CTAs — follow, comment, save, share, or check the profile. The title field counts characters live as you type, against the selected platform's limit.

Package Quality Check — five automatic checks on every package

1. Title fits the platform limit (reported as characters used / limit) · 2. Hashtag count inside the benchmark for that platform · 3. Hook source — credited when hand-written, flagged “consider a hand-written hook” when auto-generated from the title · 4. Topic keyword found for the pinned comment · 5. Caption is substantial enough to post as-is (at least 120 characters). Each check reports Pass or Check with its measured detail — nothing is waved through.

Pre-publish checklist (5 items, with a “n of 5 ready” progress line): cover text / hook readable within the first 3 seconds · caption pasted into the description field · hashtags pasted (caption or comment) · pinned comment written and pinned · posting time selected. Posting-time guidance shown in the tool is general — Indonesian audiences are generally busiest at lunch, 12:00–13:00 WIB, and in the evening, 18:00–21:00 WIB — and the tool says plainly that an account's real best time only shows in its own statistics.

Honest limit, stated on the tool itself: it only prepares the package. Posting still happens by hand (or through the Boss's own workflow) on each platform — the tool is connected to none of them and cannot post on anyone's behalf.

What was learnedPer-platform format discipline: different title limits, caption habits and hashtag benchmarks mean the same video is never published the same way everywhere — and a package can be checked against those rules automatically, before it ships.

LWD Studio Showcase

Level 5 — Closing Stage of the Series

This page — the closing display that gathers the four studio tools above it: a level ladder that follows the production pipeline, one evidenced card per project, the workflow and role split, honest statistics, and the graduation panel, which now records GRADUATED. For this professional English edition the page was rebuilt on the shared Brand System v1, and every number in the four cards above was re-verified against the rebuilt tools — including two figures the previous edition carried over from the old builds and got wrong, corrected in the LW-02 and LW-03 cards. QA was approved by the Boss under his standing instruction of Friday, 6 November 2026, and the page then published as the close of the LWD Studio training series.

How LWD Studio works

The same five steps for all five projects — no studio tool skips the Boss's watch-through QA.

Step 1

Brief

The Boss decides which studio tool gets built, which pipeline stage it serves, and where its limits are.

Luthfi — Boss
Step 2

Design

Structure, the shared brand system, and content are designed before anything is built.

Abuy — Production Assistant
Step 3

Build

The tool is built, then its functions and calculations are verified by its maker first.

Abuy — Editor
Step 4

QA

The Boss tries it himself as director: function, content, and the feel of the result — fit to air, or not.

Luthfi — QA Director
Step 5

Publish

Only after QA says “okay” is a project officially recorded as published.

After QA passes
Role 1 — Human

Luthfi Septian · Boss + QA Director

The one who briefs, sets the studio's topics and direction, and the only one entitled to say “QA okay”. In this office QA takes the form of watching and judging: a video that is technically finished but boring in its first three seconds still fails — and without his approval, no project in this series publishes, this page included.

Role 2 — AI

Abuy · Scriptwriter + Editor + Production Assistant

The one who drafts the script frameworks, assembles the studio equipment, and tests functions and calculations before handing work to QA. Never publishes on his own, and never claims to run the Boss's autopilot pipeline — the real machine runs on the Boss's n8n, outside this training series.
